Returns & Shipping
Unfortunately due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept any returns.
However, incase of damage caused during transit, you can request for a replacement. Please photograph the defect and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Returns will not be made following 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders once confirmed, may not be cancelled.
If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock.

All orders are processed within 6-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Any changes that need to be made once an order has been placed should be done before it is shipped. Send in an email requesting the change immediately.
We do not offer refunds if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, 3 failed delivery attempts or refuses to accept the delivery.
